After Rap on Bakrid Relaxations, Kerala Tells SC 45% Population Vaccinated With One Dose

In an affidavit filed in the SC apex court in response to an application raising issue of relaxations granted by Kerala in view of Bakrid, the state said 18 per cent have been vaccinated with 2 doses.
